القيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة تُجيب وساطة منبر جدة بماذا ردت؟

استجابة لدعوة كريمة من دولتي الوساطة بمنبر جدة (المملكة العربية السعودية والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية) باستئناف العملية التفاوضية مع مليشيا الدعم السريع المتمردة، وإيمانا من القوات المسلحة السودانية بأن التفاوض من الوسائل التي ربما تنهي الحرب، قبلنا الدعوة بالذهاب إلى جدة لاستكمال ما تم الاتفاق عليه من قبل، وهو تنفيذ إعلان جدة كاملا، لتسهيل العمل الإنساني وعودة مواطنينا والحياة الطبيعية إلى المدن التي عاث فيها المتمردون نهبا وحرقا وقصفا عشوائيا واغتصابا، آملين أن تلتزم مليشيا التمرد هذه المرة بما تم الاتفاق عليه سابقا ، استئناف التفاوض لا يعني توقف معركة الكرامة الوطنية، فالقضاء علي المتمردين ودحرهم هو هدف الشعب السوداني والقوات المسلحة السودانية وهي ملتزمة بهذا الهدف لوضع البلاد في مسارها الصحيح.

دعواتنا بالجنة والخلود لشهدائنا الأبرار

وعاجل الشفاء للجرحى وأن يفك قيد الأسرى من المدنيين والعسكريين.

Statement

In response to the gracious invitation by the host countries of the Jeddah Forum (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States of America) to resume the negotiation process with the rebel Rapid Support Forces militia, and out of a belief by the armed forces that negotiations is one of the means that may end the conflict, we have accepted the invitation to travel to Jeddah to complete what was previously agreed upon which is the full implementation of the Jeddah Declaration to ease humanitarian operations and the return of our people and normal life in the cities that the rebels have looted, burnt, indiscriminately shelled and raped civilians. We hope that the rebels abide this time by what was previously agreed. The resumption of negotiations does not mean a halt of the national battle of dignity, for the defeat of the rebel militia and crushing them is the goal of the Sudanese people and Sudan’s Armed Forces and it is committed to this goal to put the country on its right path

Our prayers for heaven and eternity to our glorious martyrs and speedy recovery to those wounded and may those imprisoned be released, be they civilians or military personnel.
