التزاما بالقانون الدولي الإنساني وقانون حقوق الإنسان وقانون حماية الطفل، قامت القوات المسلحة صباح اليوم، الجمعة، بأم درمان بتسليم ممثلي اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر (٣٠) طفل من القُصر ( دون ١٨ عام) الذين احتجزتهم القوات المسلحة السودانية أثناء مباشرتهم للقتال ضمن صفوف مليشيا الدعم السريع المتمردة المحلولة خلال المعارك السابقة، على أن يقوم ممثلي المنظمة الدولية بتسليمهم إلى المجلس القومي لرعاية الطفولة تمهيدا لتسليمهم لذويهم.مكتب الناطق الرسمي باسم القوات المسلحةGeneral Command of the Armed ForcesFriday, 15th September 2023Press statementIn compliance with international humanitarian laws, human rights laws and the law of child protection, the Sudanese Armed Forces this morning in Omdurman handed the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) thirty under-aged children (below 18 years) who were captured by the Sudanese Armed Forces while fighting alongside the rebel Rapid Support Forces militia in previous battles for the international organization to hand them over to the National Council for Children’s Welfare to hand them to their families.
