أصدرت الخارجية السودانية بيانا أدانت فيه استمرار المليشيا الإرها_بية في سياستها الممنهجة لاستهداف المستشفيات والمؤسسات الصحية والإنسانية لا سيما مستشفى الولادة بأم درمان (الدايات) والتي قصفتها المليشيا بعد يوم واحد من ترميمها جراء إحتلالها سابقا لها ،وقد حملت الخارجية رعاة المليشيا الإقليميين ومن يمدونهم بالمدفعية والقذائف بعيدة المدى المسئولية كاملة عن ما يترتب على ذلك من وفيات مباشرة بالتدوين أو غير مباشرة عبر إنقطاع الخدمات الطبية وجاء نص البيان كالآتي؛
نص البيان :
“تماديا في إستهداف المؤسسات الإنسانية، خاصة المستشفيات، بشكل متعمد، قصفت مليشيا الدعم السريع الإرها_بية (الجنجويد) أمس مستشفي الولادة بأمدرمان (الدايات) بعد يوم واحد من إعادة تشغيله، إثر تحريره من احتلال المليشيا ونهب أجهزته وأثاثاته، وتحويله لثكنة عسكرية لعام كامل .
ظلت المليشا تستهدف المستشفيات العاملة وتواصل إحتلال بعضها في إنتهاك للقانون الإنساني الدولي و “إعلان جدة”.
يتحمل الرعاة الإقليميون الذين يزودون المليشيا بالمدفعية بعيدة المدي والمسيرات، التي تستخدمها لقصف المناطق السكنية والقري والمستشفيات المسئولية عن هذه الجرائم الموجهة ضد الإنسانية.
نطالب الامم المتحدة ووكالاتھا المتخصصة والمجتمع الدولي بإدانة ھذه الأعمال الإرهابية والإستهداف الممنهج للمدنيين العزل والمؤسسات الإنسانية.”
The Sudanese Foreign Ministry issued a statement strongly condemning the continued, systematic targeting of hospitals and humanitarian institutions by the terr_orist militia, particularly the recent attack on Omdurman Maternity Hospital (Al-Dayat). The hospital was vandalized by the militia just one day after it had been restored, following its previous occupation. The Foreign Ministry placed full responsibility on the regional sponsors of the militia, as well as those supplying them with artillery and long-range missiles, for the resulting direct and indirect deaths caused by the disruption of medical services.
The statement reads:
“In a blatant continuation of targeting humanitarian institutions, especially hospitals, the terr_orist Rapid Support militia (Janjaweed) yesterday bombed the Omdurman Maternity Hospital (Al-Dayat), just one day after it had been reopened following its liberation from militia occupation. During their occupation, the militia looted the hospital’s equipment and furniture and turned it into a military barracks for an entire year.
The militia continues to target operational hospitals and occupies some of them, in violation of international humanitarian law and the ‘Jeddah Declaration.’ The regional sponsors who supply the militia with long-range artillery and drones, which are used to bomb residential areas, villages, and hospitals, bear full responsibility for these crimes against humanity.
We call on the United Nations, its specialized agencies, and the international community to condemn these terr_orist acts and the systematic targeting of unarmed civilians and humanitarian institutions.”
